We are delighted to host our 3rd Annual Family Law Conference on 17th November 2020 – and we’re taking it to a new platform! We’ll be presenting it as a Live Virtual Conference!

The conference will be split into two sessions covering Children Law in the morning and Current Issues in Family Law in the afternoon. Presented by leaders in these fields, topics will cover Modern Families, Surrogacy, Adoption, Tax Matters in Divorce and Brexit and Related International Family Law to name a few.

Keynote Speaker on the day will be His Honour Judge Hess. Edward Hess became a Barrister in 1985 and practised at the bar for 25 years. He became the Designated Family Judge in Wiltshire in 2019 and has been a nominated judge of the Court of Protection since 2017. He was instrumental in the creation of the Financial Remedies Unit in the Central Family Court.

HHJ Hess joins an exceptional line-up of speakers, including HHJ Reardon as our Chair for the day.
